My son is 12, so currently too old for Oceaneers but wouldn't have been under the old rules. But online check-in still made me fill in all the Oceaneer's-related info for him. Did Disney just not update that stuff for kids who are now aged out, or is this something I'm going to have to do until he's 18?

I am guessing the check-in hasn’t been updated in the many months since the age was lowered to 10. I am fairly sure I didn’t have to fill in that info for my kids once they reached 13.

I just did check in a few weeks ago including my nieces - one who is 12 and the other who is 15. I still had to do Oceaneers stuff for the younger one, but nothing for the older one. I thought it was strange, but I was just rushing through to get everything I didn't pay too much attention to it.

It can take a looooong time for the website to catch up with any changes onboard. Just complete the online check in, but know that 11 and 12 year olds won’t actually be allowed into Oceaneers

I filled it out for my 12 year old for May too. But she was in Edge the whole time- happy as a clam. It seems like an IT lag.
