Doing my online check-in for BCV for September. I previously called member services and had upper floor, pool view noted. I noticed that upper floor was already checked on my online check-in form but there isn't a 'view' category for the 2nd request. Am I missing something and/or will the notation by member services on the reservation actually be read? Thanks!
