Online check in at FW

My family's new to FW, and we were wondering...should we still do online check in if we need a pet loop? It's noted on our reservation already.

We usually don’t do on-line check in and have stayed 9 times in the past 3 years. This last time we did try it and I will say it took the same amount of time checking in as normal. They had to get our packet from another location and by the time we were done 10 minutes had passed, the amount of time it takes us for non-on line check in. Benefit for us was -0-. Maybe others have a different view.

We did it this year for the first time and everything was ready to go (packet was ready and waiting) - even though we pulled up at 10am. Not only that, but our site was ready!

I'd say it took us less than 5 minutes

Maybe we just hit it lucky, but I'll definitely hedge my bets and do it again next time.


ETA: FWIW we were in a pet loop too and had already noted it on our reservation

We weren't quite that lucky, there was still a line, took about 15 minutes to get to the kisok. Once we got there though it took us about 1 minute and we were on our way. If they would add an "on-line-only" window like they have at the Hotels it would be wonderful.

I'll use it again as well, and out site request was also noted. The folder actually said "Note requests".
