Online Check-In- arrival and departure times

I'm curious- in the past when I've done online check-in the form has asked for ETA and ETD. This time it did not ask but said it had my Magical Express information already- has Disney actually managed to integrate the systems so they know based on my flight arrival when I will be arriving at my resort? Pretty cool if it's true!

We are doing a split Stay and it automatically put 3pm for our arrival for our second week. I wonder if I should change it to an earlier time?

I would if you plan to be around the second resort earlier. If you know you won't be, like you'll be in the park anyway, I'd leave it myself.
