Online check-in and PAT selection for cruise on June 11, 2022

Hello - I am booked on the 5-Night Western Caribbean Cruise From Miami for June 11th. I thought I would be able to do online check-in today and select my PAT. However, when I go to the website I don't see any button or link to click to do online check-in. Am I a day too early? I'm currently waiting in the phone queue to speak to someone but figured I might get a faster answer here. Thanks.

I managed to get through to a representative pretty quickly and they directed me to the Navigator to see what my countdown says and yup I see that I am at 30 days, 13 hours so can check in after midnight tonight. We haven't cruised Disney or over 9 years so I'm new to all of these new processes/technology for doing things. Thank you.

What time zone you in? If not in eastern check your count down against when it will be midnight in Florida. My count down is based off my time zone which is central so it was off by 1 hour for early checkin. I

I am Eastern timezone. But the site was pretty problematic. I couldn't initially get to my reservation (saw error with Dory saying to just keep swimming) when I started trying right after my navigator countdown flipped over to 29 days. This went on for a few minutes after midnight. Once I got in it would just get hung up while uploading a picture and I'd need to start over. I was trying on both my phone Navigator app (which takes you to a mobile browser for check-in) and on my Macbook with the website.

I was checking in 5 people for 2 separate rooms. We got 10:45 am Port Arrival time and one room got boarding group 4 and the other got boarding group 5. I ended up only being able to successfully complete check-in on my phone and finished up around 12:45 so it took me about 45 min total. Thankfully I had all my pictures and flight info ready to go so wasn't scrambling for any of that.

The website is ALWAYS glitchy at midnight because it does its updates then- it’s typically between 12:04 and 12:10 it actually works

I had the same problem last night the website wouldn’t work and the online check in through the app didn’t show until about 12:08am. The app stalled out with the swirling circle after I got one person’s information in, but then the website started working on my PC and I finished it up there. We are on the 6/11 fantasy sailing and got 10:45 port arrival time
