Online Check In and Disney Dining

I have a question....... Hopefully someone can help. I am checking in at POP without Dining on a Sunday. The next day, I check into DVC with dining. I was wondering if I do online check-in, I can use my Disney dining right away. Correct? My plans are to wake up super early and head to the park. Use my dining at the park.

Please correct me if I am wrong....
