Do I have to call dd to cancel an ADR or can I do it online?

Can do it online if you either made them online since the new system, or have the confirmation number and phone number used to make them (either online in old system or over the phone).

To cancel online:

1. Log into the Disney Website
2. Along the top there should be a "My Reservations" link - Click that
3. This page should show you reservations made after the "v2" switch (that is, after the new site went up). (Skip to the "old method" below if they do not)
4. On each reservation, there should be a cancel button - Click that
5. Confirm that you want to cancel and you're done

Old Method - For those reservations that do not show up when you first log in... continuing from step 3 above...

1. On the right side of the page there should be a "Retrieve your reservations by confirmation number" link - Click that
2. Click the "Retrieve Multiple Reservations" for as many as you want to look up
3. Enter your Dining Confirmation number and the phone number you used when making the booking into the appropriate boxes. Repeat for each reservation
4. Click the "Retrieve Reservations" button
5. On each of the reservations pulled up, there should be a cancel button - Click that for each and confirm your selection and you're set.

Now, if you don't have the confirmation numbers or the phone number used (it's not always what you think, unfortunately), then you'll have to call Disney Dining to do the cancellations.
