Online ADR's - credit card/tel no problems!!

I made the majority of my ADR's by phone before the online system started and like most people cannot retrieve these as the system will not accept any form of my phone number (cannot retrieve hotel ressie either). I have emailed Disney about this but as usual have not had anything but an automated reply saying they are looking in to the matter.

I have now tried to make another couple of ADR's online - one of which needs a cc guarantee. Guess what, the system will not accept any of our cc's.

I have read on another forum that this seems to be happening to UK guests all the time. Has anyone managed to secure a ressie using a UK cc?

Don't you think that Disney should start to accept that a lot of their guests are from countries other then the US?
 
i'm having a similar problem with telephone numbers, I have my US booking number but cannot get the sytem to recognise any sort of telephone number. Any help here would also be appreciated.

I have just got off the phone after making my last ADR - the CM told me that the cc problem is not just with UK guests. Whilst the online system is up and running, not every function has been finished!! They are still working on the part that accepts cc guarantees.

I also mentioned my telephone number and she confirmed that the system is set up to accept 11 digit UK numbers - she had my number down including the initial 0 - so doesn't know why we can't input that to retrieve the ressie.
 
I actually got one CC guarantee through online,


But firstly before I had problems wouldn't recognize UK, it seemed out of order on their list, then the phone number, then the post/zip code,


But one for the California Grill did go through, all information was correct bar it wouldn't allow the state, tried Essex wouldn't go in albeit the country was UK,

So put Florida in and it worked!!!
 

i got so fed up trying different ways of inputting my number but it just wouldn't accept it so as a last straw i put down the number for the AKL and that worked out fine.

i only have another 2 to make now but at least the online system stops me having to make another phone call
 
I put in the telephone number for the Grand Floridian and now need to cancel a reservation I made by accident because I was playing with the system.

For the phone number issue i just use my home number and drop the first zero. Brings it down to 10 digits and that normally fits in with the US system.
 
I tried to book Hoop dee doo online this morning..I used animal kingdom telephone number which posed no problem at all. Put CC details in and got an error whilst authorising, tried again but same message came up.:confused3
Phoned CC company and they said they had authorised it both times but there must be a problem at the other end.:headache:
I phoned dvc member services to book and i was told there was no availabilty for the date and time i wanted so i told him not to bother..Phoned back 5 mins later and hey presto time and date were available.:confused:
 
i cant get my bookings but have email confirmation so not really that worried
 
Well i have just checked my online sttement and i have been charged twice :scared1: where do i go from here??
I am really peed off with Disney and their stupid online adrs.
I feel like cancelling my entire holiday now...:headache:
