We arrive morning (Paris Nord) and want to spend a couple of hours in Paris before checking-in. Leaving in the evening from Paris, so want again to spend some time there after checkin-out. We booked hotel for 4 nights (Mon-Fri). Our plan is
arriving Mon morning -> day Paris -> evening Check-in.
Tue, Wed, Thu - Disneyland
Leaving hotel Friday morning -> day Paris -> evening depart from Paris Nord.

How much does one-way ticket cost? I cannot find this info nor here neither @ Paris travel info websites.

What do you think about this?

Thanks.

P.S. Sorry about any mistakes, English learner:surfweb: .

Have a look at the Very Useful Info sticky at the top of the boards :) They is info about travelling on the train to Paris.

If I read correctly, you are looking to take the RER into Paris before/after your trip, correct? if so, a 1-5 zone mobilis ticket is eu12,30. this is usually the best value as it will also let you use the ticket in Paris to transfer around the metro system.

Note that technically they will not sell the ticket to 'tourists' and try and sell you the higher priced 'Paris Visite' ticket which is eu17,05 for one day. just be firm!

If you want to check for yourself, www.ratp.fr - there are some language options but if you change from French to English it will not list all the fares.

hope that helps!

Yes, I was thinking of buying a mobilis ticket but still cannot understand wheather €12.30 cost a return ticket or a one-way.

If it is a one-way price, then it is better to buy a Paris Visit ticket, that is €17.05. But if it is a return ticket price, then how much is a one-way. Is it approx-ly a half of that price or like in England (one-way and return cost mostly the same)?:confused3

you can run around and do as much as you like on a 1-5 zone ticket! ;) It covers you for the entire day. It is an unlimited day pass.

I hope that helps! (and by the way, your English seems fine to me - as one non-native speaker to another... :) )

Thanks.:flower3: :flower3:

Yes, I was thinking of buying a mobilis ticket but still cannot understand wheather €12.30 cost a return ticket or a one-way.

It lasts all day, buy it from a ticket machine instead of the ticket window. The machines let you choose your language so it's far easier.
