One time use point question

We are planning a split stay for spring break 2013. Our home resort is BWV and I've booked a studio for 9 nights with the intention of moving it around next week at our 7 month window. I am just a few points short for 4 night studio/5 night 1 bed split. ( generosity got the better of me last year and we gave away too many points to family members and are now short!)

My question is.....if I buy one time use points from Disney, would I still be able to transfer points into my account from another member? Again, we have friends wanting to come, but I'm not sure their finances will allow a trip. They say that they are coming, but not sure they will. We are going ahead with our plans and if they are going to make it, can I transfer points so they can get villa accommodations?

The purchase of One-Time-Use Point is not considered a point transfer, so it would not prevent you from seeking a point transfer from another member.
