One Spot to Watch Spectro and Wishes?

Next week will be the first time we watch Wishes from inside MK. Spectro will be at 8 p.m. and Wishes will be at 9 p.m. so I'm trying to find one spot to watch both things. We (DH and I) will have two preschoolers in a double stroller, so we'll need a place either curbside or elevated enough so they can see the parade. We will leave GF around 6 p.m. after dinner and will leave MK shortly after Wishes since our kids (and DH) will probably be wiped out. Knowing that tons of people leave after the fireworks, we won't be rushing that much and don't need to be the first ones out.

Any suggestions for a good viewing spot for both events would be greatly appreciated. Main Street can get packed, so I would like to avoid it if possible, but will do it if it's the best option.

Thanks!!!!!

Well, you won't be able to stay exactly in the same spot, but Liberty Square is a good place to watch Spectromagic. It isn't as crowded as Main Street and you can get a good spot closer to parade time. When we were there, the Main Street spots were filled an hour in advance of the parade (way too long a wait for my young children!) We moved for Wishes to be closer to the castle. Just know that if you are crossing the bridge toward the castle, you should move as far to your right as you can, as many fireworks explode over the left side of the castle. There are several trees in the way if you stay too far to the right.

Have fun!

Bump. Also interested in best spots for these at MK.

I prefer getting a spot on Main Street near the hub so that I have a curb to watch Spectro but then we can stand up in the hub and watch Wishes. I like seeing Wishes from in front of the Castle.

I know Liberty Square is less crowded but it's not my favorite place to see the parade and certainly not the fireworks. There aren't that many curb spots in Liberty Square and I prefer having a curb then just a rope and having to stand the whole time I wait and it's easier to get squeezed out without a curb to sit on, by late comers.

I totally agree. Where you can see from Liberty Square the view is nowhere near as good at in front of the castle.
