One reservation on SW...4 people but fare drop has only 3 at the lower price. Can I change just 3

Saw SW price dropped for our flight. I have 4 of us on 1 reservation . There are 3 tickets left at the lower price. Is there a way to change for just 3 of us?

Call and see if you can cancel for 3 members. I know you can't do it online.

I tried this last week and didn't bother calling. I was able to get the other two tickets discounted. My ticket was on points so I was able to do that one separate.

You have to call Southwest and ask them to split the PNR. Put 3 on one reservation, one on the other, then rebook yourself. Do not have them do it for you; you'll be charged a fee. Hopefully you got this done before the lower fares were sold.
