When I booked multiple rooms for our group, the CM at CRO said it would be easiest to put them all on one reservation. So we did that, but now I'm wondering how this will complicate charging privileges. Will we be able to set up one credit card per room for room key charges, or will it all go to my card since I paid for the package?

Any experience with this? Thanks!

It really depends on who you talk to. In my experience with multiple rooms on one reservation, we've only been able to place one charge card down, regardless of the number of rooms. We've done this a few times with family, and it does become a pain, so we no longer make one reservation for everyone. There have been reports by other DIS'ers that they have been able to get separate charge accounts set up for each room, even with one ressie. So, I guess it really depends on who checks you in, and if they'll do it.

jel0511 is correct it all depends on who checks you in. As a former FD cm I know I have done it. My suggestion would be to contact a manager a few days before your arrival. You can do this by fax or simply call the resort and ask for the FD supv. Just explain your situation and they should be able to help you. They can then take care of this before you arrive. Your other option is to wait until your arrival and ask to speak to a supv at c/i.

Option 2, if the split cannot be accomplished when you c/i note who has card 01, 02, 10 etc. Each card has the same resort number but the last two digits will be different. The night before you c/o go to the FD and ask for a print out of the bill. The card number is noted next to the charge location. Figure which charges belong to who and then settle the bill. If you wait until the c/o date it will all go on the original cc.

If when you check in for some reason you are not allowed to put everyones personal card on their own room....why don't you just explain to your group how difficult it is going to be to split up all the charges and just ask them to use there own personal credit cards in the parks/shopping rather than charge back to the room??? Personally if I pull out the room card or the credit card it is still the same effort. The biggest nightmare of it all would be the monumental job of everyone trying to find and verify their charges.

There could be a problem with figuring it out the night before you check out. Some charges could appear later. That happened to us last time.
