One reservation, multiple flights, DME?

I will be traveling in January with my mom and sister. All of us are arriving on January 5th and checking into POFQ with the same reservation. However, we are traveling on two seperate flights. I will be arriving at 1pm, they are not getting in until after 10pm. I gave all of this information (including exact flight #s) when making the reservation and was told that it would not be a problem for DME. However, when I got the DME book in the mail, it not only does not list our flight information, but also only has one booklet for checking in at the DME line. Now, I know I need to call DME to make sure the flight info is correct, but before I call worried about the logistics, I thought I would make sure I have everything else right.

So, how does it work with only one book and two travel parties? If I take the book with me, is there any way to get another one for my mom and sister? Or are they stuck waiting in line to talk to a person to get their bus ticket since I will have the only official one? I know that its perfectly possible for them to get on the bus without the official book, but is there any way to get a second one? Or is that just me worrying about it too much?

Anyone have experience with two arrival times for one group and using DME?
Thanks!

P.S. - We all have the same departure time when leaving WDW, so that part isn't a concern...

In the book there should be a 'ticket' for each person, with their name and a bar code on it. It's part of the book, but you should be able to remove it and give each person their own barcode which is pretty much the same as the book. I just cant remember exactly how it is laid out. It wont be an issue, the worst case would be they have to stand in line and be like people that forget their booklet, and they have to look it up manually. In the system it would still show 2 people that need transported, and they would board that way.

In any event, it wont be an issue, it could just take an extra few minutes.

When you set up DME they should have asked for the information for both groups traveling. They should have sent a packet to the other person with their flight information. You can call DME and have them add the other flight information to the reservation with their names, address and flight information.

Its really ok to make copies?

I plan to call DME, but wanted to figure out my options before calling. In other words, I was wondering if a second book is at all possible or we should make do with what we have. Thanks to all who have helped!

If you have everyone on the reservation, which it sounds like you do, and if they are all on the DME reservation also, it wont matter. If you have something with their name and info on it, take a copy. All they have to do is let the folks at the DME area know what's going on and if something different needs to happen, they will handle it. Making sure everyone is reserved with DME is really the most important part. Everything after that can be handled :)

I agree with the previous poster, I would call and confirm that all the information is in their system. If you gave them all the information you should have received a book and they should have received one.

As long as you are signed up for DME and everyone is listed on the reservation all is well.

We did not have our DME book or luggage tags last time. They never were mailed. We had no issues getting checked in at the ME desk or getting our luggage delivered to the room. They used our airline claim checks to get the luggage.
