One Person in Group Not Using First or Second FP+ of the day

I have 3 FP+ set up for MK. the 2nd one is Space Mountain which I will not be riding. Should I just let mine expire or delete it leaving me with only 2 for the day. After we all ride our 3rd FP+ attraction for the day I'd like to try to make a 4th FP+ that day.

Same thing at HS where TT is the first FP+ of the day.

You can do either.

If you don't cancel it, you will actually be able to CHANGE your "second" unused FP+ to any other attraction available.
This can be done even after your unused FP's window has expired and you have used your "third" FP.
