One of a Kind Christmas Show and Sale!

Started today at the National Trade Centre in Toronto. It's hard to believe it's their 30th year!

Anyone planning on going, maybe get a little shopping done?

There are always so many interesting and unique items on display, it's worth a visit even to browse!

We're going tomorrow afternoon. We'll probably head over to the Danforth in the evening for some yummy, flaming Saganaki!!

I really want to go this year and am hoping to get there this weekend. I love just looking at everything even if I don't end up buying anything.

It's been quite a few years since I went to that show. For a long time we never missed it, but I never found anything to beat the treasure that I found at the very first one....... My husband!! We met when we were both working at the first one. We've been married for 28 years now!!!

Kathy, I remember you telling us how you met Len at the OofKCS&S, all those years ago. The two of you were very lucky to find the rarest gems among the jewels.

Congrats on 28 years of marriage!!!

I havent been to that show for about 15 years.I had just had my oldest son and and I wanted to get out of the house.We ended up buying him a big wooden rocking horse.At the time we had a Camaro and the trunk space was filled the stroller and my hubby's stereo equipment.It took us about 20 minutes to get this thing into the back seat so that it wouldn't fall over onto my son.Who knew that a Camaro wasn't a family car,LOL. May be time for another trip back to see what there is.

This year the show and sale features the works of over 700 artisans with a bazillion teeth: ) things for sale, from candles to clothes, funky hats, furniture, toys, decor ideas, food, you name it, they've probably got it!

My husband and I went last night to do our 'scout' mission. We will be heading back in a few days to pick up stuff from the 5 day only vendors then back again the see the 6 days vendors. Lots of great stuff. It took about 4 hours to walk all the rows, while stopping to try out food samples and rest our feet. I can't wait to go back. I know this weekend will be nuts, so I think Monday I'll hit it again. I love the Christmas show. The sping one is a little small for me.
