and I get a new clippie!! After a few weeks of the scale not moving, it was finally down 1 lb this morning. 1 more to go and I get a new clippie!!! Not seeing that scale move can get so frustrating. I'm so glad I'm not going thru this by myself. I'm sure w/out the encouragement I get here I would've given up by now! Thank you and to you all!!!

You are doing great and yes it can get discouraging when the scale doesn't move (I truly understand ), but hand in there. Whatever you are doing it is working. Keep up the great work.
