One More Question about Fishing in HHI

I've heard about fishing from the pier at HHI. Is this the pier at the resort or the pier at the Beach House? Can you bring your own rods/reels? Do you get bait at the Recreation Center? Do you have to have a license? If so, where do you get it? Thanks in advance!!!

The pier is at the resort not the beach house. You can bring your own poles or you can rent them from the recreation window if i"m not mistaking they are $5 for the day. They also sell bait but I forget how much it is. Alot of people also try crabbing off the pier. I don't recall needing a license. Hope this helps

You can pick up a license at Walmart on the island.
You can crab, shrimp, fish from the creek docks including the DVC.
