One lunch one dinner reservation what do you pick?

My vote would be Carthay Circle for lunch and Napa Rose for dinner, chef's counter if you can swing it.

We are going 3 nights, 4 days I'm February. I don't want to have to many reservations. So there will be 4 of us, 2 adults, dd 5, ds 3 doing s Minnie and friends character breakfast for the kids. I've been many times but it's dh first trip so what would you pick can be at hotel, we are staying at the grand California

Since it's your DH's 1st visit, have lunch @ Blue Bayou. Many people love the monte cristo sandwich, but there are other good things on the menu there, too. It's a unique & cool place and where else in the world can you dine inside a Disney ride/attraction? In my opinion, everybody has to try it at least once in their lifetime.

We took our kids there when they were 4 & 6 yr old. DH got a cup of gumbo as a starter and on a whim, I asked my kids if they thought that Tiana might be in the kitchen helping make her famous gumbo for Daddy. The server picked up on it and went back to the kitchen to express our thanks to Princess Tiana for the gumbo and she came back with a copy of the recipe. It totally made our day and my kids still talk about it 2 years later.
