One last LTT/MVMCP question. Sorry!

I know that everybody on this board is probably getting sick of this topic, but I have one question.

If we are lucky enough to happen to have a priority seating for 5:30p.m. or so on the night of the party, will we have to use a day of our park hopper to get in for dinner - or will they let us in about 5p.m. for dinner using only our party ticket?

Any thoughts? If we have to use a hopper day, it isn't worth it to us and I will cancel so somebody else can have it. We were planning on spending that day just relaxing at the Wilderness Lodge, so we don't want to use a park day just for dinner.

Before you cancel your PS, wait and see what happens this month for MNSSHP. It's very likely that Disney will handle MVMCP in the same manner as they handle MNSSHP. Based on last year, I think you will be allowed to enter with just your MVMCP ticket and PS number. Here's a thread from the theme park board that you may want to keep an eye on:

Look for the post by LibertyBelle - she is a MK CM and has reported getting a memo re procedures for MNSSHP. So far, she hasn't answered your specific question.

Again, I recommend you be patient and wait for firsthand reports from the MNSSHP guests.

I have called twice and asked this question.
When I made my LTT ps for 5.30, I asked the CM if we would be let in the park with just our MVMCP tickets and ps number. She said "No" we would have to use a hopper day.
I've read so much on the boards to say we would, so I called back and spoke to a different CM, I asked the same question, and this time I was told that as long as we had our PS number along with our MVMCP tickets, security would let us in.
I'm just going to go along on the day and see what happens.
If security won't let us in, I'll tell them that we were told it would be okay ( which we were )
Like Carol said, we'll have to wait and see how it went for the MNSSHP partygoers.

I have a ps for 5:30 at Tony's the night of our MVMCP and was told we would have to have ticket for admission which I understand. BUT,
I can't believe they would sell a special event ticket w/dinner at LTT and expect guests to have hopper pass & MVMCP ticket too! I think most use hoppers and if you are hopping it doesnt' really matter, but if you want to relax for the day since it's a late night you might not want to use a day on your hopper. This will be interesting to see how they handle this!
