My autistic son gravitates towards thrill seeking. He loved ioa better. The cat in the hat and the train ride in dr suess was great. The spinning ride and spiderman in the superhero area, and hippo griff ride in Harry potter. He hated to sit for the shows and long preshows of Shrek and despicable me at the studios. He liked woody woodpecker ride, but was very hard to keep hold of at curious George and playground area in kid zone.. Our son is 9. Make sure you get GAC if he has problems with long waits and the ride attendant will give you a return time equal to the wait so you can walk around instead of waiting in the enclosed line. Use a stroller as a wheelchair if he needs a place to chill out away from crowds. Good luck!
