To start I hope you can do it I always wanted to try but never did it.
But the most important thing to take into account is closing times.
Animal Kingdom usually closes by 7 so I would go there first and do the Safari first as early as possible, the best time to see the illusive lions. from there Everest, and then Dinosaur. I usually skip the rapids just because I don't feel like getting wet. very doable in 2-3 hours
Then probably DHS, they usually close at 9 or 10 and they don't have many attractions so depending on lines its probably a 3-4 hour trek depending on how long you wait for Toy Story and Rock N Rollercoaster
Epcot could be second but they close at 9 every night, also the amount of walking in Epcot and how much time you are willing to wait for Test Track and Soarin is up to you. You may have to choose either or depending on how you are on time at this point. Also with Ellen's Energy Adventure being a 45 minute ride, although very enjoyable it may be something you may want to cut and save for a more relaxing day.
Magic Kingdom should definitely be last being that they are usually open the longest. Make sure to check the park hours and go on a day they are atleast open until 11. I would start in tomorrowland because most of the rides are in close proximity to each other and it's a quarter of the park you can get out of the way. You may want to skip Laugh Floor, Stitch's Escape, Carousel of Progress, and The Speedway. Unless it's one of your favorites those are easily skipable, plus you'll get to ride over and through them in the People Mover so it's not a total loss. From There in fantasyland I'd skip Enchanted Tales, Barnstormer, and Philharmagic. Hall of Presidents, Tiki room and anything Dumbo like is something you can bypass. the most important thing is fast pass. I would definitely use them on Space Mountain, Peter Pan, and Seven Dwarfs. those are easily a 70 minute wait.
Hope that was helpful, if you have anymore questions feel free to ask, thank you for reading my suggestions
