One day in parks, WWYD? starting at MK

Next week my friends and I are going to have a chance to be in the parks for one day only. We have a park hopper and reservations for MK. We really want to do TRON and know we need to try to get in the VQ at 7 am. Aside from that, what rides and in what order would you do that morning in MK. We plan to hop to Epcot as soon as we are able. When arriving at Epcot, what is the best way to tackle that park starting at 2pm?
