The Backstory:
I LOVE Disney, just like everyone here. I worked in the WDW College Program in the Fall of 2001. I was working in Fantasy Land during 9/11. Because of that, I broke contract and came home early from the College Program. I absolutely loved my time there and enjoyed recycling my paycheck back to Disney. It was worth it!
Fast forward several years. I met J and her husband in the spring of 2002 and they were Army transplants who had never been to Disney World. They had been to Disney land several times, but never Disney World. When the Military offer was announced we decided to go to WDW in December of 2003. J had recently finished chemo and we wanted to celebrate!
We had a wonderful time and took 1000s of pictures
.BEFORE we had digital cameras!
The next year, December 2004 I went back again with different friends. I really haven't been back for a trip since. Except for a spur of the moment, last minute, one day trip in the summer of 2010.
