One Car Class Upgrade Coupon

I reserved a car with Alamo using an Upgrade coupon and was wondering if anyone had trouble with this coupon. They used to say when available but I don't see that anymore. Was anyone ever denied an upgrade. The reservation did accept my coupon and I'm hoping they will honor it when I get there.
