We will be staying at the Grand Californian in a one bedroom villa with five adults. Is the extra single pull out bed in the room actually large enough and comfortable enough for an adult man? (average size). Or would it be better to bring an air mattress with us?

It should be wide enough, but it's on the short side. So, a single person sleeping a bit diagonally would probably work well. It's kinda like a slightly short full size bed.

My almost 6 ft. tall son sleeps a bit diagonally on the sofa bed as well but if you DO bring an AIR mattress the queen size fits well in the room when you do not open up the sofa bed. (someone just sleeps ON sofa) ;) :teacher:

 However if my son sleeps on the pull DOWN bed under the TV console then he will take the end dining bench to prop for his feet. He doesn't move too much while sleeping so it works! :thumbsup2

ENJOY the 2nd bathroom in the 1 bedroom villa!!! :cool1:
