I will be heading to WDW for the Princess Half and will only be spending the Saturday and possibly half of Sunday (after the race) in the parks. Since I am so short on time, what park should I spend my time at? I am a DL vet and have not been to WDW in over 20 years. TIA!:goodvibes

That is a tough one I love all the parks. So I will tell you what I like in each park and maybe that will help you decide....

Magic Kingdom The views area reallynice, they are in all the parks. I have been to Disney when I was 7 years old, 17, 23, 30, and 31. For me I think of Magic Kingdom more for smaller ages. Not that I didn't find it interesting but for me I found more exciting at other parks. But at the kingdom I enjoyed the Laugh floor, all three mountains, the castle views, and Mikey's Philharmagic.

Epcot is really one of my favorites. I love innovations but I like learning about technology. Now they have changed innovations from when I was there in 2002 the last time this past sept in 2010 They only had a few things in innovations that I enjoyed but it was still something to see. I liked Soarin, World showcase is great for shopping I like Ellen's energy adventure, talk with crush is just cute, but spaceship earth is nicely done. I think Epcot in still fun makes me feel like a kid but I'm still learning something so I love it.

Hollywood Studios- Great park and if your short on time this is the one I might pick. I love the American Idol experience, Toy story is great, Rockin rollercoaster is fun but extreme tower of terror is great, Then I loved the Lights motor action show and Indiana Jones. The great movie ride and there is more... I think the park is Young and Fun and you will be able to find something you like to be entertained.

Animal Kingdom... Very nice. Big park take awhile to get through.. I like it is tough to be a bug, Finding Nemo, The safari is neat! Everest is great. Kali rapid you may get soaked. Lion King show is great too.

No matter what you pick you will have fun. Good luck on your decision.

Thank you :) You did help actually. I think I will spend Saturday in the MK - to see the differences from DL and take it all in. It sounds like Sunday after the race would be a good time to check out Hollywood. TT scares me so I will be staying far from that. For the most part, it sounds like most of the same rides from DL/CA are spread out throughout the four WDW parks.

Do you, or anyone, know if the PH option covers Universal as well? I would love to see the Harry Potter world!

Have a great trip! a lot of the rides are the same but still fun as ever! Sorry but the hopper doesn't cover universal. Universal isn't part of Disney.

Which of the WDW parks has the most rides/attractions that are NOT also at DL? That's the one I would choose if I were you - and right about now I'm thinking that I really WOULD love to be you and be planning a day in WDW:woohoo:
