We are thinking that we'd like to make our stay a little longer. We have a package with dining, so can we just call and ask to extend it by a day or two? If it's available, of course.

Of course, as long as it's available - my sis and I just added a day to the beginning of our trip in June because we found cheaper airfare flying out a day sooner!

Absolutely. Since I made my initial reservation, I've added a day on to the beginning and the end of our trip. It's no trouble at all (assuming there is room at the resort).

I have had different experiences. I wonder if they have changed the process some? We have always had to rebook the entire trip, but they would transfer everything over, if we didn't want to rebook then we had to book seperately the day/s we wanted to add, thus not being able to add dining days unless we booked a seperate package. This happened to us just last October with the dining and this January with just wanting to add a night on for the room, no dining or package in January.
