Do you like this one????

Tracy...can you email to me but alter with my dates 10-2 to 10-6? Let me know.....I will call you tomorrow about Sunday :)

Ps, I love it!!

I will be cruising with Disney for the first time. I am traveling with my family (8 of us). I don't have kids so I am wondering if there is ample to do for the adults without kids. I am looking forward to spending time with my nieces, but hope there are some adult only activities too!

:welcome: Our first Disney cruise was for our 10th anniversary -- and the kids stayed home. I think you'll have a wonderful time! :wizard:

Hello it's another week down and closer to our vacation.

We have only

We should probably have the cruise meet around 3 in the atrium right before the muster drill. The atrium is big enough to hold everyone. I tried to have one at the deck party and didn't meet a soul lol! What does everyone think?

This is on the Wonder and the atrium on the Dream is 3 times the size.

This sounds great to me!

OK, I know this is my first cruise and I am beyond excited but I just pulled up the port canaveral webcam and saw "our" ship and just about screamed. I made everyone in the family come look at it. I think they REALLY want me on that ship so I can calm down about it. :rotfl: I plan on watching her take off at 4pm EST. :yay:

BTW-the other ship you see is the Royal Caribbean Freedom of the Seas. It's not NEARLY as pretty as "our" ship. ;)

Here is the link if you wanna watch too. :)

I agree our ship is beautiful! You will think the same thing too when we dock at Nassau and you see the other ships around:thumbsup2 There are some other hotel web cams that are pretty fun to watch around Port Canaveral. This is the Wonder at Nassau.

I am a baby but I get choked up when I see the ship when we are coming up to Port Canaveral or the first steps you take on the ship when they announce your family name! It's something to look forward to.

this is the first time I have actually seen it when I have watched the web cam in the past!

Are we meeting onboard? I would love the opportunity to meet everyone right off the bat :dance3:

We'd certainly like to meet up with everyone. Its fun to say hi to people and share in the exctiement:yay:

My only concern with meeting in the atrium is that it will be busy or people will not turn up and prefer to be on deck ready for the sailaway party?:confused3

Every time we go to the Port I squeel with excitement when the ship first comes into view. :yay::yay:

I think the Disney ships are by far the prettiest, but then .... I think I am a little biased:rotfl:

The muster drill is about 3:30PM so this would be right before at 3PM and still give people time to go back to their staterooms. And the sail away is right after the muster drill. I just know it's too hard to try to meet at the party.

I am so thankful we don't have to lug around our lifejackets anymore to the muster drill. This is our first time on the Dream so I will have to go double check the timeline.

Another thing I was thinking about is a stateroom tour. If someone in each catagory would want to give a tour of their stateroom that would be fun. I am dying to see the porthole state room. Our is a deluxe family oceanview 4D.

This is so exciting.....I didn't know they announce the families aboard the ship.

I am even more excited because I just extended our trip another three days when we get off the ship. Yay it's like another vacation...lol!

Great picture of everyone. Your idea sounds great. Would love to meet everyone at 3. Let me know if that's the final time.

Also does anyone know if it's better to dine at Palos for the brunch or at dinner. I heard brunch at sea is best. What do you all think? Also I heard about a pink room which is a bar. Does anyone know about this room? Disney travel agent said it was so pretty because everything is pink and she wore her pink dress. Just wondering what everyone knows about the special rooms on board. She also said Andy's room is amazing. I am getting more and more excited of course!!!! :dance3:

Hello! We are third time cruisers (2004-Wonder, 2006-Magic, 2011-Dream). Can't wait for our time on the Dream!! We are "newbies" to the DIS site however. What a great site!

Can someone recommend an excursion in Nassau? We heard the Atlantis waterpark is good, but it's a little pricey. Any other suggestions?

We're bringing along our two teenage daughters, ages 17 and 15. Any others with teenagers on the cruise? They are so excited and would like to be in touch with other teenagers before the cruise.

Oh yes! I always forget about the Muster drill... I always wanna get straight on withthe partying:rotfl:

3pm Atrium it is then! - we'll need a way of recognising each other!

I've done both twice and do prefer the brunch. Is the pink room the chamagne bar? I'm so far behind in my planning for this cruise... the last two cruises we've cruised with another family and they used to organise me and just tell me where to be and what time:rotfl: it was great! - my very own little onboard TA!

DH and I decided to take off next Tuesday so that we could stay up late Monday night making our choices for excursions :thumbsup2! Hopefully anyway lol! I really want to do the garden/fort/zoo tour at Nassau so I hope there are still some spaces left in that one. Bring on the dancing flamingos
