Let´s say DD 6 doesn´t like what´s on the kids menu and would rather just share the adult meal her big sis is ordering, is that o.k. or does she still need to order a kids meal and use a credit and then just leave it untouched?

Can the 6 of us share 3 desserts at Coral Reef if we know we won´t be able to eat 6 desserts and don´t really feel like paying tips based on a bill with 6 desserts and don´t want all this food to get thrown out?

I believe she could share... as long as its not a buffet or something like an all you can eat skillet or something of that nature.

We are 2 adults and split alot of meals...its just too much food for us..

You definitely don't have to order desserts you don't want. In fact, you never have to order food you don't want. As for sharing I would agree that you shouldn't have a problem except at a buffet.

Of course this wouldn´t work at buffets or other "all you care to eat" places, but I´m glad to hear it shouldn´t be a problem elsewhere.

I don't think my kiddos would like to share with any of their siblings :lmao: but if yours will, I don't think it will be a problem.

She doesn't have to order, but what are you going to do with the unused child CS credits?

You don't have to order the deserts. But lately many Disney deserts seem to be portioned for one person. You might want to watch them going by before you decide not to order them.

Have your desserts to go. many restaurants have placed ours in to go boxes and we store them in coolers or fridges for late night snacks. :)

I did this with counter service meals, but not with table service. I agree with the others that as long as it isn't a buffet or all you can eat meal, it shouldn't be a problem. Of course, the reason why I didn't try to do this with table service meals is that we were mostly at buffets simply because my DD is picky and I found that the buffets allowed her to choose off the adult side and not be stuck with "kid" food.

That does leave you with extra child TS credits, but maybe you have an extra breakfast or buffet scheduled when the rest of you won't have TS credits left and will be paying OOP?

Also, talk with the servers and see if there is an alternative available that isn't on the menu. I know there was at least one server that suggested some substitutions that weren't on the menu when I told her there wasn't much DD would eat on the kid's menu.
