Are onboard credits only offered by some travel agencies or can you book your own cruise and receive credits? Thank you!

If you pay with your Disney visa there is a $50 beverage credit. It can be combined with the dreams unlimited credit. I'm doing a cruise in a couple of weeks out of port canaveral. I'm getting a $50 visa credit and a $50 obc from the TA. Got my gift basket last week. I did like it when it was in our cabin, but know they can't do that anymore. It's always appreciated though.

There is not a gift basket for all ports. Just Port Canaveral.

Starting with February 2016 sailings we started sending gift baskets to our Disney Cruise clients for ALL sailings, not just those out of Port Canaveral Florida. The only restriction is you have to have a U.S. or Canadian address to receive a gift basket.

We've kept it quiet as we wanted to see how it goes, but based on our initial run I can definitely say that we will continue to send gift baskets to all Dreams Unlimited Travel clients with a U.S. or Canadian address for the foreseeable future.

If you do not have a U.S. or Canadian address please contact your Dreams Unlimited Travel agent as he/she can arrange to have your gift basket prepared and waiting for you at our Welcome Center in Port Canaveral Florida for pick-up pre-cruise or we may be able to ship it to a resort pre-cruise as well.

Just so everyone knows, the Disney Visa $50 beverage credit cannot be combined with an OBB credit. Learned that one the hard way. ;)

It can't be combined with the obc you get when booking a future cruise, but can be combined with dreams unlimited obc. It's posted on their website and confirmed with the travel agent. Yes you must pay your entire cruise with your cc, which we did, esp since I just booked it last month for my cruise next month, so the entire payment was due when booking it.

We paid for the deposit and a good chunk of our trip with the Disney Visa. Part of it was with Disney gcs (maybe $250 worth). Will we still get the OBC?

I don't think so. Our TA made sure we knew that everything had to be paid with the Disney visa. There is also a code that needs to be put on the account. It use to be DCC. Either your TA needs to do that or you need to call dcl to apply it.

That stinks. I'll call DCL as that who we booked through.
