On the Deluze dinning plan, and I cant get the ADR's I want now what?

3 days ago I booked out may trip, i booked 1 meal a day that I know we want, now I just called back and I am having alot of trouble getting other ressies that we want.

I know at least one of the credits a day we will prob. just use for a counter service, should I just downgrade to the 1 table + 1 counter plan, and pay out of pocket if I can "magically" get other ADR's we want?

Thoughts?

We ran I to the same problem when I went in October. But what I learned is that people tend to cancel reservations, so just keep checking back either once a day (or once an hour if you really want to go there haha). Or maybe eat at an off time like right at 5 or 8:30 when the crowd left. Or! You could try a big lunch somewhere that uses 2 dining credit.
