So we booked for Sapphire Falls. I will keep looking for a "deal" on a throw away room.

Now it is time to figure out where to eat.

As you're only 2 months out from your trip, the likelihood of finding a deal for one night at a deluxe will be slim to none IMO. If you see a price for a room right now that you'd be "comfortable" with, I'd book it ASAP. Prices are likely to only go up.

And all that being said, if you book a room now and find one for a better price, you can always cancel your original booking (up to 5 days before check-in for full refund) and re-book at the lower rate
