Why can’t they make their mind up. So CCV, RIV and VGF 2 will be minimum 50? The rest 25.It must have been a limited time offer as it now shows it back at 50.

I would not call those rooms studios. They are revamped hotel rooms. They aren't even going to have kitchenettes with real mini fridges....just beverage coolers. I would not waste a point on one of those rooms. I have a huge fear this is going to be the future of DVC rooms....Will they hold off bookings from non-VGF owners in any way when they first open? Just curious if/how they’d be able to prioritize owners for the new studios.
As part of the same association, there will be no restrictions and can book at all DVC resorts.![]()
Man I really hope gfv2 becomes a model for future resorts, please dvc make it happen. I legit want this and no sarcasm to this post to be super clearI would not call those rooms studios. Yup posted 8 hours ago on Disney parks YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/c/DisneyParks/videosIt's coming soon. This week?

Is this statement a default for Florida Timeshares? "Actual inventory offered may vary by state of residence." I see that at the bottom of the VGF2 info page.
Direct minimums depend on the resort. Some have 25 minimums and some have 50. Those minimums are for add on contracts, not new memberships. We just bought 35 but could have purchased as few as 25 had we chosen.
Not sure about the differing minimums but we just signed our add on contract last week for BWV. We could have also bought 25 at BCV as well. Up until reading these forums we thought the minimum was 50 across the board.Direct minimums depend on the resort. Some have 25 minimums and some have 50. Those may have recently changed to 25 for all, though. I haven't really kept up.
As best I can recall, the 2042 resorts have always been 25 minimum for add ons.Not sure about the differing minimums but we just signed our add on contract last week for BWV. We could have also bought 25 at BCV as well. Up until reading these forums we thought the minimum was 50 across the board.

When it changed to 25 on the website, I pushed my guide for 25 at Riviera. No go. I told him about the website and he even went back and asked and no was the response. It remains 50 at CCV and RIV (and presumably VGF when it starts selling again) and 25 elsewhere.Sounds like it. I think the goal is to make 50 the minimum from now own. Why they reduced it for that short time, who knows. Maybe it was a mistake? Good old website!!
Same thing happened to me. I was even staying at RIV in October when it was still up and met with someone at the resort and showed them the website and they still said no it was a 50 point minimum. When it changed to 25 on the website, I pushed my guide for 25 at Riviera.
