There have been no reports of work starting at Big Pine Key - but it appears they’ve pretty much finished VGF’s refurb so maybe they’ll now start the ‘conversion’ of the hotel rooms to studios which won’t take very long because they aren’t doing much - so I’m going w/ they want VGF2 points to sell to spring break crowds.

How do you sell $30k contracts and not offer an ap. I will talk to my guide and tell them I have $30k to spend if you want my money I need to buy an ap

The way they did it for me when I bought last year was to not mention the ap wasn’t for sale and when I asked they said they were sure it would be back soon. I’m assuming they will do the same this time lol.

Totally agree. Just bought into AUL & SSR in 2021, totally procrastinated on the APs and wish I had not.
Following this one as we'd love to have GFV as our Home Resort for a 3rd pool of points. Esp for New Years Eve bookings.

The points for the new building cannot be used until it opens for reservations.
