I don't know what are all the things you plan on seeing and don't know how easily frightened you can be, but Ghostbusters and Stranger Things for a couple of examples, from what I seen in videos while has a couple of jump scares, seem more like a dark ride with actors performing rather than focusing on scaring you. I do not believe that spoils too much. It looked quite incredible.

EDIT: Just realized this was posted Sunday. Well, I didn't hear any reports, so I'm thinking you made it out alive. Like @macraven I'm sure people that are thinking, or worried about the same thing would like to hear your take on your HHN trip.
