On-Line Reservations Overview?

Is there a place on line where you could plug in xx/xx/09 date & a time xx:xx and see all of what is available?

you can do a date range search for a specific resturant and it will list others that are available for around the same time you are looking for but it does not show all the listings of every resturant, it is also wacky with the times it gives you that are available example you can put in a time of 5:00pm for xyz and it will list times around that but not give you 5:00 and you can modify the request and put in 5:30 and it will give you 5:00.
