When it works, you will receive a text message of your room number and can proceed directly to your room, by passing the front desk. It's pretty awesome.

When it doesn't work, you spend all day waiting for your room number text, then finally at 4:00pm go check with the front desk anyways. At which point they tell you they sent a room ready text "hours ago" that you of course never received. I'd say 70% of the time it works for us, the other 30% is just frustrating.
