On-line check-in unavailable?

Trying to check-in through MDE and Goofy comes on screen asking me to try again later ...
Anyone else having an issue?

I keep seeing Goofy today too. My 180 ADR day is coming up soon and I was just trying to play around with dining availability but keep getting try again later.
