How do you keep track of what meals/snacks you have already used and what you have left?

Make sure you keep an accurate count as well because sometimes their count is not right. Twice in the three times we were on the dining plan we had to go to the front desk at our hotel and get it straightened out.

We keep our receipts! Just because we tend to kinda do that with everything for a certain amoint of time!

so they don't do the ticket/vocuher thing any more? or is that just DisneyLand. the few times at DL we got it we got a coupon book with tear outs for each snack TS and CS meal on the plan. always had a bunch of snack credits left over....

the meal plan credits are "loaded" on your KTTW card with your room key & park tickets. Makes it very handy to just carry the one item around for all three.

Yep. That's Disneyland that uses vouchers. WDW encodes all dining credits onto your room key card.
