I was just wondering if anybody has any experience with this. I wasn't able to rebook our cruise onboard because they booted us off early due to the hurricane. I was pregnant the when we cruised in 2004 and they offered us 50% off our next cruise but I would not have been able to cruise before the expiration date so we had to request an extension when took them over six months to grant. So when I did get a chance to rebook they wouldn't give us the onboard credit.
I just emailed them again and I'll let you all know what they say. In the mean time let me know what your experience has been with the customer service dept. we are on the double dip cruise. thanks.
