Has anyone heard of www.affordabledisney.com? The guy promoting the site wants you to buy a book for $40 with all of his tips in it. It was recommended that I check out his site, but until I hear from others who have opinions on it, I'm not shelling out the bucks for it! Thanks for any help!

I have HEARD that the book includes everything that you can gleen HERE for FREE.

That's what I have heard. I have not seen the book myself.

Thanks for letting me know about this, y'all! I kinda figured that all the information in his book could be found somewhere on this board. Heck, even the one tip that everyone agrees on (book everything separately) has already saved me $1500 off our Christmas week. Not to mention our Amex points, Connections, Paramount PHP, Gold C book, etc! I'm not going to be buying the book now! I ain't gonna be writin' one, either!

I did it last year. Nothing you don't get on the DIS boards or mousesavers.com. Plus it's only updated weekly. So, if a special comes out on Monday you won't hear about it till the following Monday. I personally prefer Mousesavers....and it's free!!!

And you learned a valuable lesson, too! Things change DAILY with Disney! I agree, I prefer these boards and Mousesavers... and my DH even enjoys doing the research!
