On a happier note!!!

Some of you saw my rant/posting today about a bad pin trader, which I will be happy to put behind me.

On to the good news:

The CJDPT (Central Jersey Disney Pin Traders) had a rough go of it for a while as we looked for a new meeting place, but as of January 4th in our new location the Somerset NJ Residence Inn we are back and growing strong.

On January 4th we had over 50 traders, this Saturday is another big meet for us and on May 3rd/4th we are promoting a "Trade Till You Fade" Pin Marathon taking place from 12 noon on Saturday May3rd to 12 noon Sunday May4th at the same Residence Inn.

We expect some 60 - 70 pin traders to come and many will stay overnight at the Inn. We are going to organize games, trivia, and other fun things to do.

That sounds like a total blast! What a wonderful idea.......like a mini 'trip' to the world of Disney!

Sorry that I cannot attend this time, but this if you do it again, it may be something I could do! I can't handle that drive up and back all in one day........but a nice 'sleepover' would help......

But wait.....if I would trade til I fade, I really wouldn't be sleeping, would I?
