I know this is short notice but I just got my hubby to agree to another trip to Disneyland Paris at the end of the month. :goodvibes We have stayed in both the Sequoia Lodge and Hotel L'Elysse Val d'Europe in the past but we can't this trip because it has to be really cheap for us to pull this off because we are saving for a Disney World Trip in August. pirate: I need suggestions on cheap hotels in the area which are easy to get back and forth to Disney from. I don't mind riding a bus, riding the RER or even walking up to 30 minutes but I don't have a car.

Right now I am considering the Kyriad Hotel or the Hotel PremiereClasse de Bussy Saint George. Has anyone stayed at either of these hotels? I believe the Kyriad has a bus there goes back and forth to Disney, is this correct? Do you have to travel on the RER train to get from the Hotel PremiereClasse De Bussy Saint George to Disney? If so how many stops, how long does it take and how much was it a day?

If anyone else has any other suggestions for hotels on a budget, I'd be glad to hear them. Thanks. :thumbsup2

About transportation:

Kyriad is connected via the free Bus shuttle that stops at every hotel (sometimes in random order *lol*). You are at the Resort in about 5-10 minutes depending on the hotel stop order. Buses can get crowded at peak times but are going all day long.

Bussy Saint Georges is connected by RER. 5 to max. 10 mins walk to the station, there are at least 3-4 trains an hour, and the ride will take not more than 5 minutes (but of course you'll have to pay it; even single tickets or if you are there a week cou can buy a 'carte orange' for a week (monday-sunday).

PremiereClasse gets even more difficult to book, but end of June should be okay (no french summer holidays). Other great low budget hotels at BSG are:

- Citea Residence (cheap, with pool, clean)
- Tulip Inn (better but a bit more expensive)
- Best Western (rated 4 stars but still pretty cheap)

All of them are more or less as close to the RER as the PremiereClasse.

I would check hotels.com

I made reservations for as well me as a friend.
Premiereclasse was 43 eur (I have stayed at the on ein Bordeaux, and it was really basic)
Tulip Inn was 72 eur
Best Western 80 eur (I like this hotel, too bad they didn't have rooms for 3 during our stay)
Kyriad was also 72 or so.

hi there great getting to go back again........we have stayed at the kyriad twice its really good shuttle bus back and fore no 54 it was fine both times let us check in early we have used the left luggage room etc no problems really friendly hotel.....we are going in june and staying at premiere class just because it is a lot cheaper though in an earlier question i asked about bussy saint georges some people suggested the hotels next door are a bit better as we had booked already we are sticking with premiere but i think they said there were 3 hotels together next door to each other all for the same price

We have stayed on both hotels. And I would always choose the Kyriad because you are still on Disney property and you only need the free shuttle bus to get to the parks. Bussy Saint Georges is not the best area to spend your night. (But it is not dangerous or anything similar – don’t get me wrong)
I could also recommend the Holiday Inn. We always stay there for our first/last night and if you book 2 month in advance you can get a very reasonable price.
We will pay for our first and last night during our June trip only 54€ per night/room!
And the Holiday Inn is a 4* hotel Kyriad has 2* and Premiere Class only 1*!
:hippie:

Does the Holiday Inn have a shuttle service like the Kyriad also is the car parking free at the hotels?

Why do you think it's not the best area to spend your night?
We were at an hotel there during the last two visits, and I didn't notice anything that would make me think it's not the best area. what did I miss?? :confused3

Do not discard Davey Crockett Ranch lightly; that's where we stay when our budget is tight, and to be honest I usually enjoy the p & q after a day at the Parks.

The Holiday Inn has a free shuttle service just like the Kyriad. And you can park your car for free and you don't have to worry about your car.

That was our drawback when we were at Bussy Saint Georges because you have to park your car on the street and when we returned in the evening the front of our car was slightly damaged.

Some hotels at Bussy got their own parking lots, even closed at night and therefore safer than parking on the street.

I know for sure that the Citea got a parking lot as we were staying there. I guess Tulip Inn's the same!

:wizard: Thanks for this thread! I'm booking a stay for the end of June and have on my last 3/4 visits always booked Kyriad. I tend to only need my hotel for somewhere to shower and sleep and its location is fabulous. I don't imagine I would want to stay anywhere else.

Alas one night at the Kyriad appears to be fully booked for my 4 night stay while I'm there so I'm thinking of spending one night at the BSG option to see what it's like before moving on to my old faithful!

I hope you managed to get sorted.

Are you tlaking about the Kyriad onsite or the Kyriad in Bussy St Georges.
