We stayed there from 10/09 to 10/13 after booking through Priceline with a bid of $76 per night plus $16 per night resort fee.
The hotel is nice, especially in the lobby/convention areas. The rooms are starting to show there age and I do not think they consistently book enough of the hotel to afford the needed upkeep everywhere. We went to the pool area one day in the middle of the afternoon in the mid 90's and we were two of six people at the entire pool area and we got a front row parking spot everyday.
For the price of $92 per night my Dh and I both agreed we would just stay at a value next time. Once you add in the $14 per day to park at Disney and your extra travel time back and forth the hotel does not offer enough difference in room size or amentities to stay off site for us.
The room was clean and housekeeping was average, but not bad. Prices for food was equal to Disney resorts and food quality was just decent.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review. I'll be there for 3 days next week, and I'm glad to hear all reviews, good or bad.

We booked a 2 bdrm villa there 3 years ago and it was amazing! The hotel amenities were nice and we liked being off the beaten path. One morning we woke to hot air balloons floating in front of a beautiful sunrise. It was not busy then either and the upkeep at that time was exemplary. Perhaps the economy has taken its toll and expains the so so review.

Yes, I think they have a staff shortage as our room service tray sat in the hallway for more than 24 hours! I think they do not have enough people to do all the work.

My husband and I stayed there during a quick, last minute trip. We both loved it. Our room was fantastic! I don't know if we got lucky or what, but the travel time to the parks was very short.
