Oh wow! Fun! Curious though, how do you take the time off of school? I mean I know how, just I'm wondering how you pulled it off.

Well, I actually decided to only take 4 classes in the fall (dropped french), and one of those is an online class. I've scheduled it so I only go MWF. Plus, this trip is over Labor Day, so technically, I'm only missing 2 days of class! It's also the beginning of the semester, so we really wouldn't have gotten into the hardcore stuff.

I'm going to talk to the teachers I have today, to make sure it's okay, but usually we have a 5-6 class minimum we can miss. I'm really good at teaching myself, and making up work, and I'll try to do as much as possible before I leave, and then I'm taking my laptop, so I'll do some of the homework there.

Most of my classes are just lecture classes, so I have to just read the book and make sure I know the material. Plus, it's so early in the semester (2nd week) that I doubt we'll have any tests!

I think I'll be okay.
