Dear VMK:

Rather than just complain, I thought I would post some information that may help you to pinpoint or even resolve the problem. When I get the white screen screen it occurs (like others have said) at the end of round 1. More specifically after the first place character and score is posted. No other scores or characters are shown on round 1 results screen before it crashes.

I am confident that you are aware of the situation and are working to resolve it. Just thought this added information might be of assistance.

Has anyone else noticed this or any other trends with the crashes that might help the Software Engineers at VMK help all of us?

- sigh - Already crashed three times and I'm close to giving up. I get the score screen but no characters or scores come up. What I did notice [idk if this is of any significants or not] but under the line that goes between the scores and where it say you will be going to the next round or back to the lobby there is a small "fw". Has anyone else seen this?

I'm not saying everyone should do this, but I uninstalled Adobe Shockwave and installed it again. Made it through fireworks with no problems, after crashing every time with VMK Pal, Internet Explorer, and Firefox.

Sadly I use a Mac and I dont even use Shockwave. So in that aspect I cant do anything. I've played fireworks before so I know for me that it has nothing to do with Shockwave. Also I use Safari as my browser.

Edit: For those who have not seen. Fireworks has been replaced with Jungle Cruise!

The Quest is the new happy haunts quest it just released today u win the seance madame liota pin.

Its true I crash at the end of roud one..havent played it today tho ill check later and see

After 10 games of crashing I finally got past the first level and beat the score of 2000 to come back into the lobby to see the quest changed from fireworks to Jungle cruise during my game. It just is'nt my day. lol

I did not crash in fireworks however a friend and i were both doing the quest and played fireworks together. We placed 1st and 2nd. Neither of us got credits not did either of us get to advance in the quest. Yes, we both got the required score. 1 of us WAY moreso than the other.

Anyway, I know it's been changed to JC, but just thought I'd post what technical issues we had.

I'm certainly in the minority here, but I'm very irritated with VMK now. After all that hard work and fighting with fireworks just to be able to play the game, and I earn my way past the task... TWICE!!!... and then they remove that task. Yeah, real fair...
