Congrats to The Office on winning the SAG award for Best Cast!!! VERY well deserved!!

I was also happy to see Little Miss Sunshine win for Best Cast - I LOVED that movie!!! Steve Carell & Alan Arkin were SO good!!

WOW!! I didn't know there were so many people out there with great taste in television shows!! My DS 14 and I are COMPLETELY hooked on this show and we were so bummed that last week's episodes were repeats! We watched them anyway-the second time around is even better 'cuz you pick-up on the little things you miss the first time around!

BTW- a little trivia: Karen (Rashida Jones) is the daughter of music producer Quincy Jones and actress Peggy Lipton (from the old "Mod Squad" t.v. show). I guess that would explain her "exotic look" (Michael Scott)!

That's really interesting. I also read that the woman who plays Phyllis was a professional cheerleader (can't remember the team and am too lazy to look it up.) Not to be mean, but THAT really blew my mind!

Andy's only away at Anger Management classes. He'll be back after the February episodes which i think (hope, wish, dream) they want to focus more of Karen-Jim-Pam for sweeps.

Not sure why we aren't seeing more Mindy/Kelly (she didn't look pregnant at the SAG awards) but I think a Kelly-Ryan pregnancy would be an awesome storyline (remember the deleted scene from Ryan a week or two ago about Kelly accidently on purpose forgetting her birth control pills)!! Wouldn't Phyllis' wedding be the best place for her to drop that bomb? I'm really looking forward to the wedding shower and wedding episodes in the next two weeks.

That was in the episode with the conflict resolution. It's one of my favorite parts of the series!

She was also a burlesque dancer (did anyone see her do her little shimmy in the Producer's Cut of 'The Return'?? ). She was also originally a casting director on the show, but they liked the way she interacted with the other actors so much that they decided to cast her, too!! (I think that is so cool! I LOVE Phyllis)

'Dwight had a big personality and I have a big personality, and a lot of times when two people like that get together, it can be explosive' - Phyllis (in the most monotone voice I've ever heard.... )


BTW, I really loved Dwight's new co-worker at Staples - as glad as I am that he's back in the office, I would've loved to have seen more with her.
