OMG nooo! Server Error?!

I've been trying and trying and trying to get a CP reservation and one just popped up. I entered all my info, hit confirm, and I get an error! :sad: Now of course it's not coming up. What the heck? Do I even stand a chance of it being there tomorrow if I call? I just want to cry... get my hopes up just to have them dashed again. :(
 
from what I've seen others post...sometimes it's because the tables aren't loaded in the system yet. And sometimes it's because the system just has a glitch. If it's the first issue, they won't be able to book over the phone either, and the tables will open up later (exactly when is anyone's guess). If it's the latter issue, there may be tables available, but you'll have to call. Try a few more times online before you give up for the night and then call tomorrow. Good luck.
 
I just found the same day and time for a different size party and went to book that but the same thing happened again! :furious:
 

I just "booked" 4 different times/days and every time I got the same error. Please! let at least one of them have gone through... although I may have to invite people with us for the size party I put in. :laughing:

Me too!!! Woke up early to book and can't get in!! Now I'm tired AND crabby. No sense in going back to bed since I have to call in less than an hour. Why can't Disney put more $$ into their computer systems...nothing ever works right when I want to do it online.
 
At least I feel better knowing it is not just me or my computer...I am sooooo tired and a little sad. I was hoping to get the jump on these reservations...oh well...time to grab a second cup of coffee and wait until 7 am. :surfweb:
 
My husband was up, too, because we had to book out reservations AND ones for my client, too. We had 2 laptops going and both had the errors *sigh*
 
I have had the same problems. I actually got in a ressie for BOG but it kicked me off before i could confirm. Wait time on phone is at least 30 minutes....
 
The lady I just spoke with tried to tell me it was because someone else got the reservation at the same time I did. I told her that was bs because everyone was getting the same error no matter what day, time, or place they were trying to book. She didn't like me too much. :laughing:

But sending luck to all of you! :) I managed to get my second choice of day/time although it's booked for a slightly larger party. I'll keep checking to see if a smaller one opens up and then cancel this one.
 
I got through at 7 am...was able to get everything but Chef Mickeys. When I said the servers were down...she said "Again?!" So it must happen a lot!
 
Never got the computer to work, so I called the dining line right at 7am (6am my time....I'm soooo tired!!) and first made the round of reservations for my client. Right as she was entering the credit card info at the end, the system shut down and we lost EVERYTHING!!! Had to re-book all the reservations, then my own dining reservations. Took over an hour on the phone from start to finish. And I couldn't book 1900 Park Fare because their tables are not loaded into the system. I was told to call back later this week. What a mess!!! I'm going back to bed!!
 
UGH! So sorry for all of you going through this frustration!

This has happened to me on our past two 180 day marks. For the last one, I thought surely I wouldn't have any problems because it happened the time before (figured I'd used up my bad luck:laughing:) but nope, happened again. I feel your pain!:furious:
 
Same thing happened to me last night. I called this morning and it looked like it was going to work on the automated phone system, but it denied me last minute and switched me over to a queue to speak with a CM. I hung up and called back at which point I spoke with someone who got me the ressie. What a pain. This happens far too often!!
 
Glad to see its not just me! Not glad that the system is down for any of us though Anyway, got all my reservations by calling except for Garden Grill...I was also told the tables weren't loaded yet and to check back at the end of the week. Grr, just get it up and running already!! Been up since 5am my time!! Bleh!!
