Actually you just answered a question for me without realizing it. My next trip Dh and I were trying to budget as much as possible and he thought we could do without the dinning plan. You've just reminded me how nice it is not to worry about the cost of your food when you're on the plan. Knowing how cost conscious my husband is being on the DDP is so much more relaxing that I think I will call up my TA and make the switch. I'm sure the piece of mind will be worth it. So thanks for the reminder!

When we last left you we had experienced TSM. After we left here I discovered that my batteries were dying and guess where my batteries were this time...in the locker at the front of the park. I was not about to buy more batteries again so I sent the kids to get them while I stayed in pixar watching people walk by. On the way back they took pictures of what they thought I would like.

When they got back we went in to One man's dream

We had a 2:00 ADR for Sci Fi and I wanted to find it so we didn't spend a lot of time in OMD. We got to Sci Fi about 1:35 and checked in. We were seated by 1:45. I was worried that since we were a party of 3 we would not get a car. I was informed by the hostess that as long as we had an ADR we would. I only took one picture of the food since we all had bacon cheeseburgers but I had a magical star cocktail. I can say I liked this a lot. But again for $10 a pop I got only one.

So this meal was great. Sci Fi will now be on our must do list

While we were eating the skies opened up again. We were going to go in Muppet 3D but apparently so was everyone else.

This is where the kids started complaining again about wanting to go back to the hotel. It was about 2:45 and it was an EMH night so I gave in and said we could come back at 6.

Next up: Our afternoon rest, a new experience, and do I conquer another fear.

I was getting tired of all the rain. We had been there 6 days and that was all we saw most of the time. I think that is why I gave in. I give you a hint on the fear. DD and I thought it was awesome at night

Thanks for posting the pictures of One Man's Dream. I haven't ever seen pictures of it and it looks really interesting. Unfortunately, we missed it on our trip earlier this month, but I didn't think DD5 and DD2 would find it nearly as interesting as me. Oh well. I'll put it on the to-do list for next time!

So when we last left you it was raining again and we decided to take a midday break. We went back to Pop and the kids went swimming. I tried not to with all my will power. I mean in two days I would be at the Holiday Inn for a week and would have free Internet. I couldn't resist the lure of that little bag hanging on the coat rack. I spent $10 on the Internet. I am so weak. I sat there for 2 hours . I looked at my email from work (I know I was on vacation so bad girl lol) , I read disboards, i shopped. I had a good ole time at $5 an hour At about 6 I went to the end of the balcony and yelled at the kids it was time to go. I told the kids I was absolutely not going to ride the TOT so not to even ask. We got back to the park about 6:30. I don't have lots of pics for this part. I wanted to go on the great movie ride but there was too long of a wait since I wanted to go to the last showing of this:

We almost didn't make it in but we got the last three seats they had together It turned out to be the finale of all the shows that day. I voted for a guy that I thought was awesome. He didn't win. There was a lady that was in a leg brace that sang "midnight train to GA" (I think) and she was really good. I can't wait to go see this next time.

We went to the Muppet show next. I wanted to go to the great movie ride again but too long of a wait again. I took these

We went in the planet Hollywood store again

Now the next picture makes me sad now. I didn't know that when I took it he would have died by the time I got to the picture in my TR. Maybe I did and that's why I took a picture of everyone of his pictures I saw.

Next we went and used our fast passes for RNR. I can not get enough of that ride. It is one of my favorite rides at Disney next up is another one of my favorites. Now DD has been saying all day she wanted to ride TOT. I had been saying all trip that I was not riding it at all. Well DS was being his usual self and refused to ride it. DD was getting mad at him because she didn't want to ride alone. So what is a mom to do? I took my terrified of heights and enclosed places and got myself in line for the scary ride. OMG it was so fun!!! It was dark by the time we got to the ride so when we got to the top it was beautiful with all the lights of the night. I wanted to ride again but the line was way to long. I told DD we had to ride it again the next day when we came back. I was getting irritated at DS because he was not riding many rides. But I understand fears. I overcame a few this trip so I was not going to force him on a ride.

We headed out of the park after this and I stopped at the Pop food court for dinner

So when we last left you DD and I had found a new favorite ride. We had another day at DHS planned. I was ready to go on the ToT again. I set the alarm again for 7:00 am. Can anyone guess what time we left the room? I took this picture at 12:16 pm

We were leaving later and later each day. We had ADR's at 1:45 pm for:

I almost skipped this ADR because we had been going way over budget at all the table services all week. But I figured it would be fun so we went ahead and checked in. It began to rain again. When did it not during this trip?

So we got seated and our server was Donna. I can't remember if she was cousin or aunt. Well DD got really mad at her and still says to this day she will never eat there again (we'll see lol) because Donna told DD to spit out her gum because she was at WDW and she did not want to see it under her table later. Well here is a picture of DD after the fact

I set the table and we all ordered our drinks.

DD got a root beer float

I got a Mickey's Bee Bop drink

and DS got a cherry coke

For lunch DD ordered Cousin Eric's Char-grilled Chicken Sandwich

DS had Aunt Liz's Golden Fried Chicken

And I had the Stacked Sandwich

I thought this sandwich was good. I wanted something other than chips but didn't ask if I could substitute.

I loved eating here. Donna made a guy from the other table get up and sing "I'm a little teapot" It was so funny.

DD asked if we could get dessert so we got Smores which we all loved.

We spent the most money here. I thought we could stay within budget but in the end with the tip we spent $73.00.

I just broke my mouse so I am going to run to the store and buy another one. I will update some more later

Great pictures from 50's Prime Time. I love going there with my nieces and nephews. They love it when someone gets in trouble, as long as it is not them. My brother-in-law had to stand in the corner last time because he continued to use his i-phone at the table after several warnings. They loved it.
